Fix name and listing consistency

Google is very good at noticing when the internet describes the same agent five different ways.

The issue

Agents often appear online under several versions of the same identity. Small inconsistencies make it harder for search engines to connect the dots.

What to align

Check your name, brokerage, phone number, website, social profiles, listing portals, directory profiles, and bio language.

The result

Consistency makes every mention of you more useful. Each source starts supporting the same entity instead of creating confusion.

How to fix it

Choose the canonical version first. Then update the highest-authority sources before chasing small directories. Keep a simple record of what changed and where. Consistency is a system, not a one-time cleanup.

Ashford South view

We treat consistency as infrastructure. It is not glamorous, but it is one of the fastest ways to remove friction from Google’s understanding of an agent.
